This cache is part of the “Heart of Geocaching” Geo-Art Series, which is located along Amboy Road, within the Mojave Desert.
The “Heart of Geocaching” is the community of people involved in Geocaching. This series is meant to honor the individuals who make it all possible, the Lackeys, Volunteer Reviewers and Forum Moderators.
Each of these caches is named after one of those individuals.
This 73 cache series is in a “Limited Use Area” within the Mojave Desert. Vehicles are limited to the signed open routes only. No Cross Country travel is allowed. This Series can only be done on foot (approx. 20 miles). Please do not drive off of the signed open routes. If I find that people are driving to these caches, I will be forced to archive the entire series.
Whenever you travel in the desert, you should carry food, water and any other emergency supplies you think you may need.
