I was out looking for local caches and after finding one nearby I started thinking that there should be more in this area. There's just not that many caches around to find locally.
This cache can be found in Russellton area and is not very far away from the parking area. There is a high instance of muggles, but mostly those coming and going from the nearby stores and returning to their cars. A few moments of waiting while the muggles either get into the store or come from the store to their cars will probably all the waiting you will need. Please bring your own pen. Cache is too small for tradables.
