This cache is hidden along the Highway 121 public hiking/biking trail that is very family friendly. It has a graveled or asphalted surface and is just over one mile in length; no need to walk on the highway right-of-way. The beautiful summertime trail has intermittent sunny and shady areas with many scenic views of the Missouri River. Be very cautious about approaching the swift river channel, you do not need to significantly descend the steep river bank for any cache. Parking is available at either end of the trail, and cache access should only be made by hiking the trail. Please do not stop or park along the highway.
The cache was first made available to attendees of the 4th Annual Yankton Spring Caching Event. It will be published for the general caching community on Saturday, May 4, 2013.
