Geocache Description:

This cache is near a small spring fed creek in Caney Head known as Mill Creek. There were two tree stumps beside this creek that was in the way of my great grandpa Buck. He set some dynamite to blow the stumps loose to move them with his oxen team. The story goes he used too much of the explosive and created a large hole in the course of this creek. For years the people of the area used these “stump” holes to cool off and bathe. Many cake of Ivory soap floated on the surface of this swimming hole. It became known at the Buck Hole.

This cache is large enough for tradeables. There is a FTF coin in this cache for the FTF. Beware the first mud hole. I would suggest parking and walking in. Beware of snakes and muggles. Save this cache to your smart phone. Good luck.
