Updated 12-15-14: The cache has slightly changed location, so ignore the old write-up After having an old Horn cache at the end of the guardrail and then a replacement cache in the same spot for the 2012 Leap Year Geoevent, it was time for something different for the January 2013 event. THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE GUARDRAIL. It can be found from the pavement, so need to be going in any dangerous locations in the dark.
