This series is based on the TV series on the Discovery Channel.
- Lebanon Levi: "Lebanon" is a nickname, and "Levi" is his first name. Within the show, his surname has not been disclosed, and is censored whenever mentioned.His legal name is Levi King Stoltzfus and he has been arrested multiple times for drunk driving. He is also a member of the local fire department.
- Alvin: Alvin is considered to be Levi's "main assistant", who is soft spoken but has a loud personality
- Jolin: Jolin is portrayed as a Mennonite, therefore he can accomplish certain tasks that the crew can not due to the restrictions by which Amish people must abide
- John: John is the newest member of Levi's group and is quite mischievous. John is also the son of the former leader of the Amish mafia.
- Esther: Levi sees Esther as more than a friend. She uses this knowledge to lead Levi on, and to the benefit of her brother, John
