Welcome to the old
New York & Putnam Railroad's Dunwoodie Station (now formally known as the
South County Trailway)!
This cache was placed in addition to a recent spawn of hides from
Team MSG,
FindingNaMo, and
Matthewcat who were inspired from contributions made by
H2"O" along the Old Put's
North County Trailway. While doing maintenance on
a nearby OCATT cache I happened to notice that the OCA intersects the SCT at this exact point. Since my tribute series has reached its maximum capacity (for me, anyway) I decided to contribute my share to this one in (current) development. To my surprise, I realized this turned out to be the remains of Dunwoodie Station, so I decided to overcome my fear of endless cache maintenance and place a new hide for all to enjoy while exploring this pathway by boot or by bike. Plus it gives me something else to do if/when I ever need to revisit that nearby tribute cache

. Of course, having the OCATT in mind during my visit, you will be looking for a typical "OCATT replacement" container.
