Geocache Description:

This is another cache in my Fresno/Clovis park series. The container is a blinkie, one of those magnetic nano-sized containers that resemble a pencil's eraser in shape.

Bob Belcher Neighborhood Park is a small park attached to an elementary school along Alluvial Avenue. It does have a playground, picnic area, restrooms, at least one working drinking fountain, a walking path, and a parking lot on the south side of the park. The posted hours are 6 AM to 10 PM, and the sign emphasizes that the park must be vacated by the latter time. Traffic is heavy during the start and end of school hours, so it would be best to avoid searching during those times, although the hide is well away from the school boundary and all buildings. You can park rather close to GZ at times. I used my GPS to determine some initial coordinates and then the website Google Maps to come up with the most accurate coordinates I could. The hiding spot was obscured by trees in the satellite photo. If you have any suggestions on improving the description of this hide, including any of the numbers I've used, please let me know, either via a log entry or an email message. Thank you. Congratulations to jcthor for being the FTF for this cache!
