Ok, so I've been out of the Geocaching scene for a while. This is a trail worthy of a better cache, but I didn't have the materials readily available. For now I've placed this log only cache in hope that I can dig out an ammo can and make you a nice multi-cache out here. For now enjoy the hike, it's worth it in my opinion.
This is NOT a park & grab for I-81 travelers unless you have some time to walk.
Small PVC pipe container, painted camo-green. Hidden eye high in the crook of the tree. It's straight across the trail from the old tree stand.
Hours of the parking lot are
April 1 - Sep 30 0630-2130
Oct 1 - Marc 31 0830-1830
Gates are locked at the closing time and anyone on the trail or in the lot afterwards is considered trespassing! Also the coords were really jumpy, so it may be off a bit. Use your geosense and the description, you should find it fairly easily. Feel free to post better coordinates, I won't be offended.
