Easy access, no weeds. Could be done as a cache&dash which is what they call them in the UK. (park&grab)...byop Starting with TB inside.
This place was known as THE ROCK for years, any one that grew up in this area has surely been to a teenage party here. After prom parties, graduation parties, you name it. Use to be a huge rock out in the middle of the river, didn't see it today but since all the flooding it doesn't look the same. I'm sure that rock didn't go far, probably around the corner from where you park now.
