Effettivamente non è un posto molto interessante ma mi ha colpito la parte 'artistica' di questo edificio.
Per alcuni magari sarà un po' trash o bella, oppure pacchiana o............
Date un vostro giudizio spassionato, anche molto critico, non conosco nè i proprietari nè chi ci abita, quindi vi potete sbizzarrire con i commenti.
Per trovare il cache recatevi al WP del listing.
Osservate attentamente la facciata:
N1= somma dei numeri sotto l'ora legale. (ma proprio sotto, escludi il primo!)
E1= ricava il numero da un personaggio............molto noto.
Coordinate final:
N 45 36.(N1*12)+19
E 9 00.(E1*23)+21
Il final è nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata.

Look carefully at the facade:
N1 = sum of the numbers under the 'ora legale'. (but just below, no count the one)
E1 = the number derived from a character ............ well known.
Final coordinates:

The final is nearby, accessible by a short walk.
