Geocache Description:

A fairly easy cache, after a short (but muddy) hike. FTF honors go to SpaceDrum by prior notification.

Who the heck is "SpaceDrum" , and why are we congratulating them?

Well, SpaceDrum consists of sno_man's sister and brother-in-law who live several hours drive south of here in Pennsylvania.  They are avid cachers down their way, and have over 1,300 finds (including a few 5/5 caches complete with scary pictures, and even a handfull of finds in Hawaii!). We have been on many cache trips together and have had a lot of fun. If you look at their profile page, linked above, we have been lucky enough to join them for many of their cache achievements: their finds furthest east and furthest north; most of their finds in Maryland, Delaware, and Florida; their first, fifth, and 1,300th finds; and all four of their puzzle cache finds! (Ha ha, just kidding, they have more than four!)

The reason for this cache, far from their home, is because they have had quite an impact on caching in the Rochester area.  So this cache not only congratulates them on the 1,300+ find achievement, but also thanks them for their contributions to caching locally.  What contributions?  Well, a few Christmases ago, SpaceDrum gave sno_man several cache containers. So all of the following caches placed in this area either originally started with (and many still have) containers from SpaceDrum, or the replacement containers were SpaceDrum gifts:

"Between 2 Guardrails" (an epoxied plastic bottle neck & cap)
"Between 2 Errands" (a small, camo covered pill bottle)
"Hidey Hole Along the Way" (original was a SpaceDrum film can, now replaced)
"A Golden Globe (lift GENTLY)" (a gold, ball-shaped bison tube)
"I Found My Thrill ....." (a blueberry colored bison tube)
"Meet Me Here" (originally a red SpaceDrum bison tube, since replaced)
"Between 2 Fences" (orginally a SpaceDrum camo bison tube, replaced by a black SpaceDrum bison tube!)
"Between 2 Towns" (a black bison tube)
"Why not? (bring tweezers)" (We ain't telling what this one is, but SpaceDrum gave it to us!)
"Golf Balls!" (one of our first hides, a SWEET .50 cal ammo can)
"Between 2 Trunks" (now archived, originally a bison tube)
"Deer Can of Worms" (a small, camo-covered, twist-top container)
"Upper Corner" (a small, camo-covered, twist-top container)
"Last One?" (a film can-like container with a magnet attached)

Hopefully, we have managed to remember all the containers they have given us and which caches we used them for. In addition to the list above, several other caches of ours are covered in camouflage duct tape (like those peanut-butter jars c-fire loves so much) which was given to us by SpaceDrum.

So, please join us in congratulating SpaceDrum on their milestone caching achievement, and thanking them for all the local caches they contributed to.
