You are looking for a small cache hidden very close to the road. PLEASE do not enter the quarry area , use the pull-off locations. Permission has been granted by the property owners to use the pull off areas for our Geocaching fun.

You are experiencing one of Indiana's best kept geological secrets a limestone quarry which is one of the best in the world and has much history. This quarry has supplied most of the stone on the Indiana University campus to build it’s beautiful structures. It has provided stone to re-build the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. following the recent earthquake. It re-built the Pentagon following the 911 attacks and sooooo much more!!! My father spoke of this quarry years ago as he bought much limestone to showcase his building trade in northern Indiana!
