Geocache Description:


Chinook Landing is located on the Oregon side of the Columbia River at River Mile (RM) 118.5. Across the Columbia from Chinook Landing is the lower end of Lady Island, Washington and in the middle of the Columbia just below Chinook Landing is McGuire Island, the upper end of the Government Island Complex. On the Oregon side of the Columbia is the Sandy River, located two miles upstream of Chinook Landing. Slightly inland to the south is the Oregon community of Troutdale. Inland to the south of Chinook Landing is located Blue Lake and Blue Lake Regional Park. Chinook Landing Marine Park has six launching lanes, picnic areas and 67 acres of wetland and wildlife habitat. It can be reached off of Marine Drive, just west of Troutdale, Oregon. This is a location with great views and great fishing [If you continue through the gate and pay entry] This cache however, is located at the entrance to it. You're looking for a film cannister.
