I met Mr. Bond in Payson about this time last year. I placed a cache for him to find next time he comes to visit.
I parked at the Rodeo Grounds, rolled under a fence and hiked up the hill. Unfortunately this pretty area has tons of broken glass. Update July 2015: there is now a gate in the fence, across from the entrance to the Rodeo Grounds. Enjoy!
