This is one of a series of 12 caches that make up a baker's dozen, by solving the final puzzle. The containers are 50 ml with a screw on cap. The container has a log only. Please bring your own pen.
Bell Island is a small island ( 9km by 3km) situated in Conception Bay and only a 20 minute ferry ride from Portugal Cove, Newfoundland. The island has some very unique geography. It is a flat outcropping of Ordovician sandstone, shale and iron ore. A main road circumvents the island. However, you have to be careful of the maze of side roads and small paths that cover the remainder of the island. A map or a GPS navigation unit would be very helpful.
All cache are hanging about chest to shoulder height in a tree. Please place them back exactly as found. The container lid can be easily unscrewed and the log removed without having to remove the body of the container from the tree.
Each container has a number marked on the inside of the lid. Carefully record this number and the number of the cache as this will be required to solve the puzzle for the final cache.
