Geocache Description:

Another cache near a benchmark......you are looking for a small lunch thermos hidden near one of my favorite bridges. ***Updated 2/2013, the container is now a magnetic key holder. Original container was muggled***

I've been wanting to hide a cache in this spot for a while.  I've always loved this bridge, and it has nice views of Big Walnut Creek.  When I came out the other day to hide this, I caught a glimpse of something directly south of where I hid the container.  What do you know?  It was a BENCHMARK!  My caching friends CHutch1035 and The Lawson Family are big into benchmarking, so their keen sense of finding them must've rubbed off on me when we made the big road trip west to Kanses to get MINGO.  After a little research, this particular benchmark is NOT loggable, but for those that are into benchmarking, this is still a nice spot to visit.

This should be a SUPER easy cache to find, as it's a magnetic key holder.  If you choose to locate the benchmark, it can be seen from where the cache is hidden.  Should you want a closer look, access the benchmark from the grassy area behind the guardrail, but approach with caution, as the concrete slab the benchmark is in has a very steep drop off directly behind it.
