This cache is a traditional cache, being approximately a 4" long plastic cylindrical container containing a logbook and a pencil.
This cache is located on picturesque Cannock chase along with 3 other caches I have placed there in the past. The cache is approximately 440 metres from the heritage centre cafe. After I had spent about half hour stumbling and cursing my way through ferns, nettles and recalcitrant undergrowth to find a suitable home, I realised I was only 100 metres from a car park for those who want to go cycling on the chase - Doh!
Needless to say the location for this cache is not baby buggy friendly but youngsters will be ok and may be of some assistance in getting this cache (subtle hint!) There are plenty of parking spaces in the area . As usual when walking on the Chase, please be aware of the local fauna and flora.
MY idea for this cache is that the main container is to be unscrewed and the lid to be left in situ to protect the integrity of the cache - please bare this in mind when retrieving the cache. Thank you.
