I went out for a paddle on a stretch of the Mohawk River that was devoid of caches. What else could I do but remedy the situation? You’ll find this one between the bridges.
This cache was placed from a kayak and should be easily reachable without having to get out of your boat. When placing this cache I launched from Freemans Bridge Boat Launch on Freeman’s Bridge Rd in Scotia. The launch coordinates are N 42 49.903 W 073 55.882. The boat launch is open from sunrise to sunset.
Please be careful that the cache container gets replaced the way you found it – high, dry, and with all parts intact.
Waterproof paper log – bring your pen because pencils won’t write on it.
