(although you could use them to help you find the actual coords) You will not be on grass or do any bushwacking to get to this benchmark, even if the coords tell you to go off the concrete. STAY ON THE CONCRETE!!!
No easy parking at GZ. You will most likely be taking a short, but nice walk. Unfortunately, there's no bench to rest on at the end of said walk, which would have been nice, don'tcha think. LET ME REPEAT THAT AT NO POINT WILL YOU BE LEAVING THE CONCRETE (which so many people seem to be forgetting when their coords takes them 135-feet away.)
Best to park further up on the same side of the road as the cache.
GZ is wheelchair accessible. Mark my words, however, the narrow confines might make maneuvering difficult. The reach itself might not be wheelchair accessible. You might have to be a bit more creative in finding the actual GZ, although the posted coords would certainly help you in your search. More specific hints are in the geochecker.
PLEASE REPLACE CACHE CONTAINER SO THAT ITS NOT EASILY SEEN BY MUGGLES PASSING BY. THE CACHE IS SURPRISINGLY WELL HIDDEN FOR BEING SO IN THE OPEN...UNLESS YOU PLACE IT BACK TOO CLOSE TO THE MUGGLE-SIDE.
