I have placed a cache in a spot that many people look at from the surrounding buildings. I thought it would give some of them some entertainment to watch us cachers do our thing.

This is not a drive up cache. You will have to  get creative of where you park and enjoy the pathway that runs by. Please be careful of muggles.
