This cache is located at the Oahe Downstream Recreation Area north of Ft. Pierre. Prior to being taken over by the South Dakota State Parks, this area was managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
You are looking for a camo'd bison tube. Should be a quick Park & Grab. You will need a tweezers and pen as the cache is small.
