Spider Bay Cache was placed as part of the 2012 Manitoulin Geocache Rendezvous Event.
The cache is placed overlooking a small bay on the North Channel with the LaCloche Mountains as a back drop.
It is best to park on Low Island (since there are other caches within walking distance).
You will see submerged piers that are reminants of the historical nature of the area when there was active saw mill operations both on Low Island and adjacent Picnic Island.
