From this seat you should easily be able to spot a Telephone Network Interface box with some orange and black numbers.
Add the largest 3 numbers together.
Add the smallest 3 numbers together.
Subtract the small total from the large total.
Add this result to the posted North coordinate.
Add the largest 3 numbers together.
Subtract this total from the posted West coordinate.
