One of my favorite reads as of late is Ready Player One. It's a story about a cyberspace gajillionare that leaves behind an Easter Egg in his creation for anyone who is clever enough to figure it out. The egg is "protected" by a series of puzzles that resulted in a key to gain access to the Egg.
I liked the idea so I borrowed it and maybe modified it a little bit- making people fight to the death in giant robots or forcing folks to play a perfect game of Pac Man for a geocache isn't feasible right now.
The cache IS at the posted coordinates but the puzzle is how to open it. Since I don't want you using dynamite or the jaws of life to get to the log, I provided three keys. Don't worry you only need to track one of them down to open the cache. I even provided a few ways to "solve" this cache depending what your strengths are. (Hopefully folks will help out and preserve the spirit of it all- I might be asking a bit much though.)
Key #1 is the brainy one- it likes to hang out around challenging puzzle caches.
Key #2 is the daring one- it likes to be in dangerous or physically demanding caches.
Key #3 is the sneaky one- not much is known about this one, other than this one likes to stay out of the spotlight and doesn't play by the rules.
The difficulty for the final itself is 1.5 and the terrain might be a 2.5 or 3, but your experience obtaining a key will vary.
