This short series begins on the Northern Tier Trail at Towar Rd and continues past a dog park, the East Lansing Aquatic center, through Abbot Park, past Ashton Lakes Park to the south, past Abbey Park to the North, and ends at the water tower. The distance from end to end is a little under 2 miles.
As I was hiding this cache, I heard a strange sound coming closer. I ducked down farther out of sight and watched as a woman rode by on a horse. It was very unexpected, and because she was up higher, I was glad she didn’t look my way since she could have seen me hiding in the tall grass. The cache is a large Lock & Lock painted camouflage. Once winter comes and the grass dies down, this one will be a lot easier to get to, so feel free to gather more nearby materials to hide this one.
