I was on the way to find another nearby cache. This happened to catch my eye as I was driving. I will say that it is pretty straight forward but these kinds of hides can also be tricky. The terrain rating is due to the fact that this cache is guarded by some ants. Not sure if they will bite but I am hoping that you don't find out. You might want to retrieve this container with a geotool of some sort.
