If one of your first few finds is hidden on an island in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan your geocaching adventure is off to a GREAT start!
BG_YO were introduced to geocaching when their slightly obsessive son visited them in the great state of New York back in the summer of 2009. In their first 1,000 finds they have experienced all the great things geocaching has to offer: poison ivy, ticks, and even a broken wrist! They have tackled a 5 terrain island cache, raced out to get First To Finds, and even found 100 in a day! In addition to finding caches BG_YO has taken great pride in hiding caches along the Erie Canal as well as various trails in their area. If you are traveling along I-90 in Upstate New York make sure you take time to pull off the highway to visit the caches and them. Who knows they might even buy you a 10 cent cup of coffee!
It is my pleasure and honor to place this cache for two of greatest people in my life, my parents BG_YO! Congrats to BG_YO on this awesome milestone of 1,000 finds!
