This building is where we said good-bye to our beloved 12-year-old dog, Maverick. He always LIT UP our lives, so this is an appropriate place for his monument.
RIP, Maverick. 08/1999 - 09/2011. We love & miss you, big guy!

It is a tough thing to have to make the decision to send a furry family member to doggy heaven. We'd like to thank these vets & staff for the extremely kind & gentle way in which they handled the end of Maverick's life. They had treated him several times in the last year of his life as his health declined. When it came time to say good-bye, they were amazing. There was no hurry, no rushing. They let us pet Maverick & hug him as he took his last breaths. We had the room for as long as we needed. Caring staff members sent a sympathy card & we also got an imprint of Maverick's paw. We appreciated their understanding!
