The Signal Hill Observatory is one of the highest points in Kota Kinabalu, and definitely the one with the best view of the city and the nearby islands. It is not on a bus line so those who are just visiting Kota Kinabalu will have to either walk or take a taxi.
You are looking for a magnetic micro container with room for a log and small TB. I will try to make it easy to find since I know most of the geocachers here are tourists who will only have one shot at it. So if you want any sort of challenge, skip the hint! :D
P.S. If you haven't yet, why not try to find the Atkinson Tower cache - you're not far from it!
