A nice little hike at the Monocacy Hill Recreation Area
This cache is located about 100 ft off the green trail in Monacacy Hill. Since the trail is a loop, that starts and stops in the parking lot, make sure you head in the right direction. For a short 20 minute or less walk to the cache, follow the green trail by making a left on foot from the parking area along the road and you will see where the green trail continues into the woods, to the left inside the gate...or for a longer hike (45min-1hour) you can follow the other end of the green trail all the way around Monocacy by walking straight ahead from the parking area.
