Watch the antics of the jumpers
Despite the numerous signs warning of No Diving and No Jumping this spot is the place to be to watch the antics of the cliff jumpers ... many gather to enjoy the sun, others gather to encourage others to jump ... you will hear them encourage or dare their friends to jump ... then you hear the scream of fear or determination as they make the leap and plunge down the face of the cliff and into the waters of Lake Nicol.
The cache container is hidden in a snall cave-like hole in the cliff face ... it is far enough above the water line that swimmers cannot get to it ...
