Rudersdal Hørsholm Brandvæsen er en sammenlægning af 3 brandkorps og blev oprettet så sent som i 2007 i forbindelse med kommunalreformen, hvor flere kommuner fusionerede.
Hørsholm Brandkorps var det ældste af de tre fusionerede brandkorps og stammer helt tilbage fra 1907.
Søllerød Brandvæsen var næsten ligeså gammelt - fra 1915. Det yngste af de tre brandvæsner var Birkerød brandkorps fra 1918.

Brandstationerne i Rudersdal Hørsholm Brandvæsen er placeret i 3 byer: Nærum, Birkerød og Hørsholm.
Korpset består af ca. 50 fuldtidsansatte og 90 deltidsbrandmænd.
Samlet råder de over 20 udrykningskøretøjer ud af i alt ca. 60 køretøjer.

Rudersdal Hørsholm Fire Department was established as late as 2007 and is the result of a fusion of 3 fire brigades. Søllerød Fire Brigade is the oldest and dates back to 1907.
Søllerød Fire Brigade is almost as old - from 1915. The youngest of the 3 fire brigades was Birkerød Fire Brigade from 1918.

The fire stations in Rudersdal Hørsholm Fire Department are located in 3 cities: Nærum, Birkerød and Hørsholm.
The corps consists of around 50 full time employees and around 90 part time fire fighters.
All in all they have 20 emergency vehicles out of a total of around 60 vehicles.
