2016 update: all this land and properties have been put up for auction and sold. So its not a Resort anymore. Actually it never was!! And you can drive in to look at what houses are here. I'm sure there will be more coming in the near future.
This was supposed to be a big development with spa and golf course. But instead it just seems to be some expensive homes behind a gate. August 2013 update: Dont even think there is anyone in here. And the guy that did this development is now in the courts with developers and lot owners trying to get their money back. No homes, no spa, no golf course. Nice sign though! Cache is located by the entrance. Park and grab. Bring your own pen.
