A cache close to a water channel where you can watch the boats go

Nestled between a marina and some weekend bungalows this area is an area where one can sit back, relax and watch the small craft put to sea. Alas no fishing is allowed but plenty evidence of BBQs abound.The photos are taken near the cache .
The cache is a small lock n lock hidden near a small bush and covered by an obvious rock a tad away from the waters edge.
This cache has become one of a 5 caches laid for the Leap year event,all caches have the word "leap year" as their name, just as different anagrams. The other 4 caches are :
