Geocache Description:

This cache brings you to a location where you have views of the Ohariu and Tawa Valleys.

This cache is hidden in the Temporary pathway through Spicers forest. This location is part of the 3000 km long Te Araroa pathway that traverses the country from Cape Reinga in the north to Bluff in the south.

This pathway is quiet, but well used.

Park at the Parking waypoint, then the cache is a short 300m walk with good terrain

This temporary pathway links up with the Colonial Knob end and will be in place until at least December 2014 while forestry work is ongoing.
