This micro-cache can be found in a small forested area of Blunt Park, which is one of Springfield's biggest public parks. The park includes a forested area of mature trees, in which this cache is located. The micro-cache container contains a log, but you will need to bring your own pen or pencil to sign the log.
Blunt Park, was named after former Springfield Park Commissioner Col. Stanhope E. Blunt, who was a member in the early 1920's. The park features various activities including tennis, baseball fields, soccer fields, wooded landscapes and picnic areas. This cache is located in a forested area, that includes many large deciduous trees and shrubs. First to Find gets to keep the US coin that is found in the cache container.
