The cache is inspired by heroin addicts hiding their stuff in parking lots, on elevated ledges or concrete overpasses. Climbing is a necessity if one is to find the cache.
The pressure tower was originally planned and built during the cold war era. It's intended use was to maintain an optimal pressure level in the sanitation and watering systems in the economic area (henceforth EA),which contains the tower, as the EA is located on a relatively high plateau that would have required extensive machinery for upkeep.
The cache is very (!) close to critical infastructure a stone's throw away from the entrance into the pressure tower which, unfortunately, is closed since the tower was finished, as the grim reality of the planned economy during the cold war ravaged throughout eastern europe. Being afraid of heights is an impediment.
The contents are what the cachers will leave - ATM there is only a logbook and a petard for the first finder.

[Well, the cache is hidden at the top of one of the truss structures that support the cable and gas lines about 4 meters from the tower's entrance. The coordinates are 2-4 meters off mark.]
