An Evening of Murder, Mystery & Mayhem!
Suddenly the lights go out and you are startled by the sound of a gunshot. Light returns, and you see a dead man on the floor next to you! As you look around the room, you notice some very shady characters. One of them must be the murderer, but which one is it?
This may sound like a movie, but it isn't. You are, in fact, participating in an exciting murder mystery party game.
You are invited to this themed event at 174 Dora Dr starting at 630PM. If you wish you can bring a potluck item so we can enjoy some snacks during this mysterious evening.
If you have ever attended a Murder Mystery event you will already be aware of some of the guidelines but if not please be aware of some expectations the hosts require. This is an event where the characters are played by you and your fellow attendees and once you enter the event you assume the character provided by the host in advance. We ask that you come in dress of your character(be creative), assume the alter ego and have fun. We require anyone attending the event to please notify us in your Will Attend, the number of your party, M/F, and your potluck item. We also require your attendance notification by Wednesday Jan 4, 2012 as we need some time to assign the characters and send you your specific character packages leaving you some time to prepare for your role. We also ask that once the character profiles have been assigned and sent out that you keep that detail to yourself and do not share it with the other attendees as each package contains their own clues and hints for a successful game.
This event is part of the Come Out and Play Winter Challenge and we encourage you to attend and escape the winter blahs for an evening of camaraderie and challenge. The current Mystery we are considering can accommodate up to 50 characters so get your confirmation in ASAP. Please be aware as well that once Jan 4 has come we expect you will be at the event if you have signed up, each character has a specific role in the final outcome of the murder.
Plenty of parking is available at the end of the court by the house. Muggles are welcome and encouraged to attend.
