There are several trails and parking places you can use to reach this cache hidden in Willesley Wood. With mixed woodland and attractive lakes in The National Forest it is a nice area to visit.
The cache is an ammo box with lots of swops for the children. Please hide it again carefully as it is a large cache and be careful of muggles as it is a popular place for dog walkers and can be busy in the nicer weather. There are some lovely places to picnic nearby.
You could link this cache with others in the area to make a nice walk. There is deep water in the area so keep your own nano-cachers under close control.
Parking can be found on the roadside or at Oakthorpe picnic site (take notice of the seasonal opening times) or at the National Forest Cycle Centre where refreshment and other facilities are available.
