Upstairs. You can tell them Geocaching party if needed. There is an elevator but wheelchairs will not be allowed upstairs due to if there is a fire, But we can carry or figure something out to try to accommodate.
Welcome to the Oklahoma Geocachers Christmas Party.
All Oklahoma Geocachers welcome, that includes COG,SWAG,TAG, and NWOKGCS. More the merrier. Just put that you are attending.
This is my first event so try to be nice now.
We have a few new faces and what better way to meet them then with a game Geo-Bingo Mixer. We will have introductions and tell us about a cache you enjoyed finding. We will have Announcements and or Discussions about upcoming events.
Also will have a gift exchange. So if possible each individual that wants to participate should bring a wrapped gift that is about Geocaching or can be used while Geocaching. Gift Certificates,Containers,Swag,Etc
There will be great and affordable food. If attending. Log that you will be attending so I know exactly the number of people will be there and if your bringing a gift and how many. There will be a 15% Gratuity on the checks, but I have never had bad service there. If anybody wants to bring more gifts that would be great. I do not want anybody to go home empty handed. Hope to see everyone there.
