Geocache Description:

We will be sitting at the back of the restaurant area. The reservation is under both Danielle and Geocaching and the staff will know where we are. If you're new and haven't been to many events, don't be shy, c'mon over.

They left us in the summer of 2010, but now they're back for a visit!

Take this opportunity to come out for an evening of fun and stories with Junglehair and Tromelin. Come and some food and drinks listen to stories, and find out what its like to be part of a caching group in a different province. Even if you've never met them before, come out and socialize with some geocaching royalty! They are a font of caching information and tips.

Reservations have been made under "Geocaching" and "Danielle" at the Elephant and Castle Pub and Restaurant in the Delta Hotel, 350 St. Mary Avenue in downtown Winnipeg at 7:00PM.

Junglehair is a Charter Member of Groundspeak and has been geocaching since March, 2002. She has accumulated almost 9,000 cache finds and has hidden over 50 caches in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, New York State and New Zealand. She had served several years on the MBGA executive, and had served as the President of NYGO (New York Geocaching Organization).

Tromelin is currently serving in the Canadian Air Force. He has been caching for over 5 years and has found over 7,500 caches world wide. He has hidden more than 20 geocaches in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, including one EarthCache in New Zealand.

Rumour has it that we will also have another special guest at this event. EarthCache reviewer geoawareCA will be in attendance. If you have any questions about EarthCaches, this would be an excellent time to ask!
