This cache was hidden during the 'A Walk Through Seldom-Visited Nooks and Crannies III' event hosted by Squeamish on 11/12/2011.
Park on Rostock street. You'll find Vallette Street on the right as you go up the street. The city removed it's sign and put up jersey barriers. Walk around them and up Vallette street and turn left up the also abandoned Queen street. Once you get close to the coordinates, you'll find an old foundation and some steps.
There still are street signs and guard rails up here. Feel free to explore around, this area used to be lined with houses. You can use google maps to see where the property lines and road used to be.
