This is the series of Elves
3 caches along a short bridalway

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,

Narya, Vilya and Nenya
Before the sack of Eregion, Celebrimbor gave Vilya and Narya to Gil-galad who later gave Vilya to Elrond shortly before he died. Once the One is destroyed The Three now visable and powerless are taken over the sea to the Undying Lands
