This is a Weatherspoons Pub, (recently refurbished) and has
their usual menu available. Please state in your log if you intend
to eat, so I can keep the pub up to date on numbers expected. Thank
you.
Children (with parents / adults) will be most welcome, but
unfortunately, only Registered Assistance Dogs allowed.
Santa hats and seasonal attire welcomed but not essential.
This being Poole, pirates are always welcome!
I'm sure you'll be delighted to hear the "almost never
ending" raffle will be making another appearance! Again in support
of a good cause.
All prize donations welcome, please bring them along on the
day!
This event is part of the series of international roving events
to promote the Geolympix, to being held in Oxford Town Hall,
Oxford, UK on Sunday July 22nd 2012. Just 7 Months to Go!
A chance for those who didn't make it to the launch party in
Swansea to hear more about the Geolympix, discuss caches, caching
and cachers and swap travel items in convivial surroundings. There
will be lots of Geolympix freebies available on a First Come First
Freebied basis.
THE GEOLYMPIX
Where: The Oxford Town Hall, Oxford, UK. A convenient,
central location and a historic venue and surroundings.
When: The main event is on Sunday July 22nd 2012, with a
full programme of events - including CITO, Camping and Night
Caching - around it.
What: An international celebration of geocaching,
featuring a series of events and challenges to make this a Summer
Festival of Caching! With all profits going to charity, a chance to
find 11 Icons in 11 Hours and fill up your D/T Grid locally, plus a
wealth of other features - talks, debates, sales stands, geocoins
and more - we hope you'll love our plans. Who: Cachers for far and
wide. It's being organised to be a GeoKid & GeoDog-friendly
programme.
