This is a two stage multi. First stage is a micro, second an ammo can.
The micro stage has been recycled from the original Hide and Seek cache,
GCQ6K3,
at the other end of the Range.
Warning: That was a Toivo Twofeathers hide. Hunt accordingly.
You will be looking for a two digit number.

Use the two digit number to calculate the coordinates to the final stage:
A = 1st digit - 3
B = 2nd digit
C = 1st digit + 2nd digit - 13
D = 1st digit - 4
The journey involves a walk on trails with some elevation change.
