Cache is a bit tricky and will require TOTT to retrieve. a 3-4 foot string with a metal nut on the end or a metal rod or wire could work.
Please be aware of muggles which are there at certain peak times, other times it is pretty empty!
Cache is, like the name indicates, Upper Deck is where it is located. Have fun with this one as it was inspired by the Sedalia event cache that is similar. Also, the term FREE PARKING comes to mind BUT this could be "NOT SO" free parking! Use on street parking which is free and walk to this one or park in the garage and pay the fee (your choice).
