If it has been raining the path to the cache site will be muddy. A bit off the beaten track this cache is replacing the one by Otter-Clan that disappeared; we love coming to this quiet part of the lake so we are trying this location for the new cache.
The container is long and fairly flat so can take only small TBs and geocoins. FORGOT TO PUT A PEN IN! Hope you enjoy finding it and have time to spend by the lake.
THERE IS NO NEED TO WALK TO THE RIGHT OVER PLYWOOD!
Suggest you approach this area from the west, crossing the river at King's Weir.
(We have had encounters of a barbed wire kind trying to find a way round the lake from the east or south!)
