The cache is a small camouflaged lock-and-lock plastic box hidden within 100 feet of the paved trail,
The cache is on the old Hawk Lake golf course, future home of Memorial Hospital. The name comes from the fact that it’s at the highest point on the course. Time for the start of construction on the new hospital is unknown, but the cache will likely become unavailable when construction starts.
The cache can be reached by taking the center of the three paths from the parking lot. The shortest way in to the cache is not necessarily the easiest. A little relatively easy bushwhacking is required to get to the cache. Enjoy!
