[SLO] Tukaj, med vrticki v Kosezah, se je ohranil betonski most, ki je bil predviden kot železniški nadvoz zahodnega dela proge nad Podutiško cesto. To je tudi edini zgrajeni objekt predvidene zahodne obvoznice.
[EN] Here, between gardens in Koseze, is kept the concrete bridge, which was intended as a railway bridgeover of the western section of the railway bypass over Podutiška road. This is the only building that was constructed for the planed railway.

Proga V. kongresa je ime severne in zahodne ljubljanske železniške obvoznice, ki so jo v okviru prve petletke (v njenem sklopu je bila predvidena tudi rekonstrukcija ljubljanskega železniškega vozlišca) nacrtovali in priceli graditi leta 1948, vendar je niso nikoli dogradili.
Severni del te obvozne trase je predvideval obnovo 18 km dolge obvozne proge Vižmarje - Crnuce - Laze, ki je bil zgrajen med nemško okupacijo v letih 1942 in 1943 in so jo takoj po vojni opustili, do leta 1947 pa dokoncno demontirali. Nacrtovan je bil tudi 9 km dolg podaljšek te proge od Vižmarij do Kozarij, ki naj bi potekal približno vzhodno od današnje zahodne avtocestne obvoznice. Z zemeljskimi deli so svecano priceli 4. julija 1948. Ker so takrat potekale priprave na V. kongres KPJ (potekal je od 21. do 28. julija 1948 v Beogradu), so progo poimenovali Proga V. kongresa. Leta 1949 so dela nenadoma zaustavili in jih niso vec nadaljevali.

[EN] “Route of the 5th Congress” is the name of the north and west Ljubljana railway bypass, which was within the first five planed and started to build in 1948, but was never finished.
The northern part of the bypass railway is planed the reconstruction of 18 km long bypass line Vižmarje - Crnuce - Laze, which was built during the German occupation in the years 1942 and1943 and was abandoned soon after the war and in 1947 finally dismantled. A 9 km long extension of this line from Vižmarije to Kozarij was designed. The route was designed close to today western bypass motorway. The construction works solemnly begun on 4th July 1948t. Since in then that time preparations for the 5th Congress of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (held from 21 to 28 July 1948 in Belgrade) were in progress, the route was named “Route of the 5th Congress”. In 1949, the work suddenly stopped and never continued.
